We hope you love what you ordered. In case you don’t, we gladly accept a return/ exchange but due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized, we do not exchange or issue full refunds unless the items you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

          Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you

          Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier

          Not what you ordered

          Doesn’t arrive within 60 days from the purchase date.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. We typically do not accept returns due to buyer’s errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

All products are customized based on the customer’s demand so please check the size chart carefully before making a purchase, we can support exchange size or color but it will require handling and fulfillment fee, and the fee is based on the product’s option – this fee is only to run our system without profit, so we hope that you can understand this for us.

So check the size chart before ordering, you still can contact us within 12 hours after the order was made if you want to change any order’s information (for free), we will update so do it as soon as possible.

In other cases, we do not support return for any reason such as “no more interest” or “don’t like anymore”.

Note: All claims must be made within 30 days from the arrival date. Claims received after this point may be denied and we will not offer you a refund/ exchange.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2-5 business days.

In case you don’t agree with this solution, we can only give you a 70% refund of your total order value and you can keep your items, no need to return them back to us.

Note: We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.

STOLEN / MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

We promise to ship your order and inform you how to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, we will not be held responsible in the event that your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with the shipping carrier and file a report if necessary. We will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN POLICY

          The customer will pay the actual cost of return shipping.

To start a return, you must contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address to return the product. After receiving the address, please do exactly the following instructions:

          Pack all the returned items, along with a print of your confirmation of purchase email.

          Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the address mentioned in the email.

          Please provide us with the tracking number from the post office or couriers

          You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or reject to refund in your case. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

  1.       Request A Replacement Item

Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivery. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:

          The product itself is flawed.

          The quality of the printing is poor.

          Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.

          The following information about the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, and printing content.

          EXCHANGES (if applicable)

          We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or our faults in production and shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

  1.       Submit for Replacement

Submitting all pieces of evidence to clarify shipping/product errors is very important to our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.

Please send some pictures as proof, which include:

          Picture of the wrong items you received

          Picture of the shipping label.

          Photo measure the size of the product with a ruler.

In case you choose the wrong size and we send you the correct size as per the order we received, we can’t accept exchanges or returns. But we can give you a 30% discount if you want to order a new item.
