Shipping rates are $5.99 for all domestic orders (USA) and $14.99 for all worldwide orders.

The package will arrive within the estimated time of 2 – 3 weeks. The highest rate is applied once to the whole order. While we suit use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Invalid shipping address

The shipping address will be verified before processing an order using USPS stress validation data. If the address is invalid or missing information, the order will be held until we have your confirmation. We will contact you via email with your order confirmation for the correct information. We also reserve our right to cancel your order after a period of time if we don’t receive your response.

Shipment Delays

Our team always tries our best to deliver items to customers as quickly as possible. However, there’re always uncontrollable reasons which can lead to delay of your shipment. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us

          The delay is due to suppliers or carriers.

          Delay in holiday shipping

          For international orders, custom clearance may lead to delays in shipment.

Item not received

If the estimated time frame is passed and you haven’t received your order yet, this is what you should do

          First, check the shipment status on the tracking link provided by us.

          If “delivered” is shown, please check your mailbox or locations where the mailman can leave your package.

          If you still haven’t found it, please contact the carrier to claim.

          If the tracking status shows that the package is still on the way, please wait for 2-3 more days before contacting us.

          If you miss the delivery, please contact with carrier for a pickup or schedule a re-delivery

          If the parcel is not delivered successfully and it has been more than 60 days since the shipping date, you can request a refund or replacement.
